shitty CARBS



I need to reduce my daily CARBS

I realized that so many CARBS are taken for so long and its really killin me

And i had enough with this shitty CARBS

This shitty CARBS has  made me gain so much weight in the last 3 years

From an athlete to a lazy person

From 50kg to 60kg ? with only 155cm ?


Almost OBES !


I hate myself for allowing my body to be fat, pain and fatigue 


But lately I no longer take rice

 

I take the side dishes as a main course

 

I have not touched the powdered food

 

I cut down on sugary foods

 

I do not drink carbonated beverages and I only drink mineral water


No processed food

 

Most importantly, I started jogging, aerobic





















So Let Us See if This Diet Works 
Effective or Not
